Why Connect HeadHunter
Without the integration, recruiters spend 2–3 hours a day manually copying applications from HeadHunter into their system. With the integration, all applications flow into HRStream automatically, complete with the candidate's full profile.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Open Settings
Navigate to Settings → Integrations in the HRStream sidebar.
Step 2: Connect Your HeadHunter Account
Click "Connect HeadHunter". The system will redirect you to the HeadHunter authorization page. Log in with your corporate account and grant access.
Step 3: Select Jobs to Sync
After connecting, you will see the list of your active jobs on HeadHunter. Select the ones whose applications you want to synchronize.
Step 4: Configure Automatic Updates
HRStream checks for new applications every 5 minutes. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time.
Step 5: You're All Set!
New applications will automatically appear under the corresponding jobs in HRStream. Every candidate will have a complete profile: full name, contact details, work experience, and resume.
