Role System in HRStream
HRStream offers a flexible role system to organize team collaboration:
- Owner: full access to all features, billing and settings management
- Admin: manage users and organization settings, full access to all jobs
- Recruiter: work with jobs and candidates, conduct interviews, evaluate applicants
- Manager: view job progress, participate in approvals (free role)
- Viewer: read-only access, no editing capabilities (free role)
How to Invite Team Members
Go to Settings → Users and click "Invite". Enter the email address and select a role. Your colleague will receive an invitation email and can start working within a minute.
Recruiter Analytics
In the Analytics section, you will find the team performance dashboard:
- Number of positions closed per recruiter
- Average time-to-fill per position
- Conversion rate at each funnel stage
- Activity metrics: candidates processed, interviews conducted
Collaborative Work on a Job Opening
Multiple recruiters can work on the same job simultaneously. Everyone sees the full communication history with each candidate, their colleagues' evaluations, and the current status. No duplication — the system alerts you if a candidate is already being handled by a teammate.
